Abrasive Nylon Copper Center Wheel Brush

Our Abrasive Nylon Copper Center Wheel brushes are manufactured by securing the abrasive filament to a copper tube using a punch press and a washer. These brushes are machined with either a fixed or adaptable arbor hole to fit your spindle as well as balance the wheels to prevent vibration.

The Copper Center Wheels come standard with either aluminum oxide abrasive nylon or silicon carbide abrasive nylon, each available in two diameters and three trim lengths. The wheels can be used individually or mounted side-by-side for a wider brush face.

These small diameter and high-speed wheels are the prefect brushes for smoothing, finish treating, cleaning and polishing hard-to-reach areas. The aluminum oxide filament is recommended for finishing soft metals and other materials where a smooth finish is required, while silicon carbide nylon is sharper and more aggressive and is preferred for finishing ferrous metals.
