Flexible PVC Clip Style “Safety Strip,” Double Row, Continuous Roll Brush

Tanis manufactures this “Safety Strip” brush using extruded flexible Clip Style PVC backing and black and yellow nylon filament to visually signal caution. The flexible backing allows this brush to contour and form to different shapes, addressing problems the metal back brushes cannot solve. The integrated Clip Style backing makes placing and moving the brush fast and easy.

We produce one standard version of this brush with three different trim lengths, three filament diameter options and in a continuous roll of 50’ or 100’. The continuous roll allows further customization as it can be cut on-site for the exact required length.

This stapled set safety strip brush is typically used as a machine guard. Other benefits of a flexible PVC strip brush are its ability to conform, its reduction in weight compared to a metal back brush and its chemical resistance. It is also easy to transport and store.
