Flexible PVC h-Profile Double Row, Continuous Roll Brush

Tanis produces this flexible stapled set strip brush by securing two rows of black nylon filament to an extruded flexible h-Profile PVC backing. The flexible backing allows this brush to contour and form to different shapes, addressing problems traditional metal back brushes cannot solve. The integrated h-Profile allows for quick and easy mounting without needing to purchase a separate holder.

We produce six standard versions of this brush using three different trim lengths, three filament diameter options and in a continuous roll of 50’ or 100’. The continuous roll allows further customization because it can be cut on-site for the exact required length.

This stapled set strip brush is used for sealing, protecting, guiding and any other application that requires flexibility and chemical resistance. Other benefits of a flexible PVC strip brush are its ability to conform, its reduction in weight compared to a metal back brush and its ease in transportation and installation.
