Flexible PVC h-Profile Single Row Brush

Tanis produces this flexible stapled set strip brush by securing black nylon filament to an extruded flexible PVC h-Profile backing. The flexible backing allows this brush to contour and form to different shapes, addressing problems traditional metal back brushes cannot solve. The integrated h-Profile allows for quick and easy vertical mounting without needing to purchase a separate holder.

We produce six standard versions of this brush using three different trim lengths, two overall lengths and three filament diameter options. This brush type is also available in a continuous roll of 50’ or 100’.

This stapled set strip brush is used for sealing, protecting, guiding and any other application that requires flexibility and chemical resistance. Other benefits of a flexible PVC strip brush are its ability to conform to irregular shapes, its reduction in weight and cost compared to a metal back brush and its ease in transportation and installation.
