Flexible PVC h-Profile Single Row, Continuous Roll Brush

Tanis produces this flexible stapled set strip brush by securing black nylon filament into an extruded flexible PVC h-Profile backing. The flexible backing allows this brush to contour and form to different shapes, addressing problems traditional metal back brushes cannot solve. The integrated h-Profile allows for quick and easy mounting without needing to purchase a separate holder.

We produce six standard versions of this brush using three different trim lengths, three filament diameter options and in a continuous roll of 50’ or 100’. The continuous roll allows further customization as it can be cut on site for the exact required length.

This stapled set strip brush is used for sealing, protecting, guiding and any other application that requires flexibility and chemical resistance. Other benefits of a flexible PVC strip brush are its ability to conform, its reduction in weight compared to a metal back brush and its ease in transportation and installation.
