Stapled Set Rotary brushes are produced by securely stapling individual tufts of filament into a plastic material in a tuft pattern to obtain the desired brush density and brushing effect. The extruded or machined plastic blocks are pressed onto a shaft or core. Urethane based material can be cast directly onto a shaft as another core option.

Our Stapled Set Rotary brushes are made-to-order and we can work with you to find the correct block material, filament type and determine other brush characteristics. These brushes can be manufactured with one of four tuft patterns including straight, staggered, spiral (helical) or chevron (herringbone). The filament is trimmed in the final processing stage to provide a consistent, uniform brush face.

Due to the versatility of tuft patterns and sizes, choices of filament and available block materials, we are able to offer more stapled set brush design capabilities and options than any other brush construction. Using the latest machine technology and our experienced engineers, we are able to design and manufacture a stapled set brush to meet virtually any application needs.
