Helical Brush

Helical brushes are made by forming a straight metal back strip brush into a helical shape. Helixes can be formed with right hand or left hand lead to orient or move product in the desired direction.

This brush is fully customizable and Tanis can help you design and produce a Helical Brush to fit your specific application by offering many options in filament and metal backing material and limitless size and length characteristics. We can then mount the Helical Brush onto a core or ship it as individual replacements for mounting on an existing core.

The low density and open style pattern of a helical brush maintain continuous surface contact while eliminating clogging and dirt build up. Applications that benefit from this characteristic include conveyor cleaning, product transfer and positioning on conveyor and transport systems, leather hide dusting and glass washing or in vacuums.
