Internal Ring Brush

An Internal Ring is manufactured by winding a straight metal back strip brush into a circular shape with the filament facing internally. The ring can be sprung open to place over a shaft or split in halves or segments to be mounted over a shaft.

This brush is fully customizable and Tanis can help you design and produce an internal ring brush to fit your specific application by offering many options in filament and metal backing material and limitless size and trim length characteristics.

Applications for an Internal Ring include wire management, cleaning the outside surfaces of plastic or metal tubing or rod, as seals for drums and shafts and other manufacturing applications that require the control this brush offers. In high temperature applications, wire filament is recommended.
