Turbine blade deburring, polishing. Blade material is inconel with a ceramic coating.
Brushes attach to a robotic arm or apply manually with an angle grinder. Optimum point of contact from brush to blade is .075 inch to .100 inch.
Use a wheel brush in 4 to 6 inch diameters. Choose face width from .25 inch to .75 inch depending on the application - a smaller face is more flexible for tighter, hard to reach spots. For maximum flexbility use a .040 inch filament diameter and for increased fill volume select a crimped construction. Grit size at 80 and 120 will remove burrs easily.
Can be used in wet or dry applications.
