Governance Principles

Commitment to Ethical Business

Tanis has built a reputation for product value, quality, integrity and goodwill that is the cornerstone of our success. The core values of treating customers honestly and fairly are at the foundation of everything we do. The best way to be a great company is to deliver value to customers while being fair, honest and ethical in our business practices and personal behavior at work.

We will meet the future with the same steadfast commitment to honesty, fairness and transparency that has been our culture since the beginning, when Tanis was founded in 1987. Regardless of the challenges, we’ll continue to operate by the highest standards of ethics with the focus of doing what is right for our employees, customers and business partners.

Employee Code Of Conduct

Behaving ethically and being true to our words is a core value of Tanis. Integrity will never be compromised.

Tanis specifically prohibits offering, promising, making, requesting or accepting or agreeing to accept any payments or favors that might be considered improper or illegal.

Those who help safeguard our integrity have the full support of Tanis leadership. Tanis upholds a firm promise of non-retaliation for those who, in good faith, report violations or suspected violations.
