Cylinder brushes are also known as rotary brushes, and sometimes called coil wound brushes. Tanis has extensive cylinder brush manufacturing capabilities. Most cylinder brushes are tailor-made to meet the specifications of your application.
A coil wound polypropylene brush with a dense face for excellent coverage. The cylinder brush is mounted directly onto a 16-gauge steel tube with collar ends for easy mounting to a 1” shaft. The collars are made with set screws and a keyway and extend 1” on both ends.
Conveyor and Cleaning Brushes are great for conveyor cleaning, product transport and positioning, and metal finishing and deburring when made with abrasive filament.
