Crimped Wire End Brushes – Carbon Steel

Wire end brushes are made with a 1/4” shank for use on angle grinders. Our crimped style wire end brushes are effective for light to medium cleaning and accurate brushing action in tight areas. Carbon steel is stronger than stainless steel but is susceptible to corrosion.

Twisted Knot End Brushes – Carbon Steel

For aggressive deburring and cleaning performance, choose our twisted knot end brushes.  With a smaller brush diameter, the end brushes can fit tighter areas and recesses. Carbon steel is best suited for dry environments. Use end brushes on straight and angle grinders.

Twisted Knot End Brushes – Stainless Steel

Our twisted knot end brushes deliver more aggressive cleaning and removal of slag, rust, paint and other hard materials and can fit in smaller areas. Choose stainless steel when corrosion resistance is important, or environment is wet. For use on angle grinders.

Miniature End Brushes

Mini end brushes are constructed with perfect balance and uniform wear around the brush face. The ferrule and stem are a single piece to ensure no separation during operation. Best uses for mini end brushes are blending small surface areas, light cleaning in electronic instruments and light deburring.
